If you are Building a High HP VQ rods are a must. For most builds the eagle rods are perfect as they will take serious abuse and keep things straight in the rod department.
Eagle H-beam rods pn CRS5886N3D – one set (6 Ea) of 4340 steel connecting rods, balanced to within +/- 1 gram, and 3/8” ARP2000 rod bolts.
